In Autumn of 2006 the Fondazione Enrico Mattei asked us to design the printed matters of an exhibition of contemporary art centered on the problem of garbage and of the future of our enviroment. The curators invited like-minded artists to participate at the exhibition that took place at the center CZ95, in Giudecca Island. We designed a 70×100 poster that once folded can be used as catalogue (you can find all the captions and biographies on the back).

We decided to coin the title “Perchè mi rifiuti?” (Why Do Yo Refuse Me?) to question the spectators and to create a dialogue with him. On these placards to create more expectations, to generalize the meaning of the poster, and to attract more people, we keep it as a main element the question “Perchè mi rifiuti?”, the first things that sticks out, and all general information
about the exhibition are minimized.
